The company Recyclebank wants to reward you for thinking green and buying organic at the supermarket or making sure to recycle. According to the company's website, you simply choose a green action you want to be rewarded for and each time Recyclebank confirms that you've done it, either through a points code or by recycling, you'll be given Recyclebank Points. Dusting delicate items like porcelain figurines, glass flowers and oil paintings can be really difficult to do. Raid your pantry to find plain white bread, and use it as a "cloth" to clean dirt, debris and oil off these items. Simply dab and press -- not wipe -- the bread, so it can soak it all up and leave your priceless heirloom as good as new.

At your next party, your guests can know which drinking glass is theirs with this simple upcycling idea using rubber bands. Wrap a different colored, wide rubber band around the middle of the glass. Guests can choose a glass, fill it with their beverage, and then write their name with a permanent marker right on the rubber band.
