My policy is even if I have a coupon for something, I don't buy it if I don't really use it. But one person's least favorite organic cereal can certainly be someone else's favorite, so leave the $2 coupon right on top of the box in the cereal aisle to help someone save. The more we all buy organic products, the more the industry will keep creating them.

Not all air purifiers are the same, so make sure you find one that emits no ozone back into the air. There are some purifiers on the market that suck bacteria and micro-particles of dirt from the air, but do it all while releasing ozone. This creates an unhealthy environment. If you're going to use an air purifier, look for one that is non-ionic for the healthiest choice.

The tannins found in tea and the natural deodorizing properties found in parsley are excellent for creating a soothing footbath. Simply rip open used tea bags and pour the contents into a large, shallow bowl of warm water. Chop up the parsley and sprinkle it into the mixture. Soak for 15 minutes and the natural astringent properties of the tea and parsley will leave your feet feeling fresh and clean.
